Biography

Jessica joined Kreager Mitchell in September 2020.  Since joining the firm, Jessica has counseled private companies, individuals, medical practices, and non-profit organizations in a wide array of general business law matters. Jessica has helped clients with all aspects of business formation and planning, including forming the company with the State of Texas, drafting operating policies and procedures for the company, advising the client on their rights and responsibilities as a governing person of the company, and drafting contracts for the company to use in its operations and with its employees, independent contractors, and customers.

In addition, Jessica has represented clients in a variety of business “deals” that involve their company merging with another company, dividing into one or more companies, or selling or buying another company’s assets or equity interests. Jessica has assisted the client through every facet of the business transaction, including the conducting of due diligence, drafting the documents necessary to effect the transaction, and generally navigating the transaction to a successful and seamless closing. In addition to her practice in general business law, Jessica has experience in real estate and estate planning.

Prior to joining Kreager Mitchell, Jessica served as a briefing attorney for Chief Justice Rebeca Martinez of the Fourth Court of Appeals.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading, traveling, and exploring the great city of San Antonio, Texas with her husband, Jeremy, and their fur children, Arrow and Broly.
