Jessica has helped clients with all aspects of business formation and planning, including forming the company with the State of Texas, drafting operating policies and procedures for the company, advising the client on their rights and responsibilities as a governing person of the company, and drafting contracts for the company to use in its operations and with its employees, independent contractors, and customers.
