Alan Gretzinger has a broad transactional practice, including debt and equity financing transactions, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Alan has experience representing public and private corporate borrowers and lenders in connection with complex financing transactions, both secured and unsecured, including leveraged acquisition financings, senior and subordinated lending transactions, syndicated financings, workouts, and restructurings, and other banking and credit matters. Alan’s real estate experience includes the representation of a wide variety of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Prior to attending law school, worked for several years in the Audit and Assurance Services group of the New York office PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP.
