Biography

Mary Rowe joined KreagerMitchell in September 2007. Previously, Mary was a shareholder with the Midland law firm of Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, P.C., where she practiced in the Business Section. Mary is extremely versed in structuring, negotiating, and documenting various business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, employment issues, and financial matters. Mary has represented numerous financial institutions and companies in negotiating their lending transactions.

Mary continues to practice general business law, representing clients in connection with the formation of business entities, purchases and sales of businesses, mergers and reorganizations, lending, and various other contractual arrangements.

Originally from the hill country, Mary was raised on a farm in “suburban” Blanco County and has been active in livestock shows since her early years. Currently, Mary volunteers her time with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Junior Livestock Committee and the S.A.L.E. for Kids Committee benefiting the San Antonio Livestock Exposition.
